Toffee does not have to be refrigerated and can be stored at room temperature for up to 2 months. However, for best toffee texture and freshness, store in an air-tight container in the refrigerator or freezer for up to 6 months (or longer), if you can stay out of it that long!

My friend gave me a bag of toffee at Christmas. All of it was good. My favorite was the white chocolate with cranberries. The huckleberry reminded me of picking fresh huckleberries. The flavor was perfect. Of course the chocolate varieties were delicious too. Going to order more right now. Highly recommend!
